We’re on a mission to help our dogs eat better, so we want to make it as easy as possible with no risk for you to try WILD Pet Food, and would love to help make WILD Pet Food work for you.
If you have opened your package and your dog doesn’t like WILD Pet Food, our first port of call will be to understand the situation and consider if sending a different replacement flavour may work for you. We genuinely mean it that we are here to support you in anyway to find a food that works and we are confident if you engage with us, we can try different foods from our product range to get something that works.
You have 30 days from the date of your first order, via our online store, to request your money back guarantee, relating to that first order only. We shall only provide a maximum refund of up to £80
We have a no questions asked approach to the money back guarantee, so you can try WILD Pet Food with no risk.

General Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please review the policy below:

Return Eligibility:
We accept returns on products that have at least 4 months remaining before the best before date. -
Condition of Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be: -
In the same condition that you received it

Unopened and in its original packaging
- Purchased via our online store (for products purchased through a stockist, contact them directly. We are unable to process return/refund products in these instances).
We are not able to accept returns of opened bags, but you may be eligible for a refund (or partial) under our Money Back Guarantee.

Return Shipping:

The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from any refunds issued
· Cancelling orders:

If a request to cancel an order is received before it has been dispatched, you will receive a full refund, including any postage costs.

Requests for cancellations received before dispatch will be processed as soon as possible, usually within 24 hours of receipt.

If a request to cancel an order is received after it has been dispatched, the cost of returning the item will be deducted from any refunds issued.
· Refunds:
o Refunds for orders cancelled before dispatch will be processed within 48 hours.

All other refunds are dependent on confirmation of receipt at the warehouse and will be processed within 48 hours of receipt.
