When I started my quest to improve dog food in 2017, I set out on a mission to better understand dogs' allergies, reactions and illnesses and how they're impacted by food.

Many of my friends and families dogs around me were becoming more and more ill, many with intolerances, allergies, rashes or even more serious problems like cancer and there had to be a link between the processed, highly cooked food they were eating, and the terrible filler ingredients that BIG PET FOOD (pantomime villain BOO! You know who you are!) shove into their kibbles to make a profit... and so I discovered raw feeding.

I really do appreciate a raw diet but I also understand that most owners like or sometimes need to have a dry alternative on hand. To my surprise, NOBODY was making a dry food with ingredients that were remotely equivalent to high quality raw diets.

So, I created WILD Pet Food, to feed our working dogs an ancestral diet, high in animal products, as close to they would have eaten in the wild.

Our recipes take the popular 80:20 raw diet, dehydrate the high-quality UK sourced ingredients and cold-press them together into pellets. Without the fillers and nutrient loss that occurs in extruded kibbles, WILD Pet Food is an ideal choice for dog owners who want to feed a dry food but value the benefits of raw feeding.
